Hey Bud, sorry to hear you're dissatisfied with your product!
Allow us to walk you through the return request process:
1. Return to our store within 48 hours of purchase with your cannabis product, original packaging (it is okay if your product has been opened) and receipt
2. A Budtender will listen to your complaint or concern and do a brief analysis on the product in-store. If it's a simple fix, we'll send you on your merry way with a resolution - If it's something that needs to be further investigated, we'll proceed with the next few steps
4. There's a bit of paperwork! Hang tight as we ask you questions and fulfill all necessary details about your complaint or concern
5. You will receive a 'return request' slip for your reference - if you lose it, don’t fret, we have you on file
6. Once OCS has come to a decision (whether it's a refund or exchange), you will be contacted by our store with the update - but never hesitate to give us a ring to just check in :)
* We receive all of our Cannabis products directly from OCS, they open up an investigation and pending on your unique case, your return request can take up to 3 months
Please note: Returns are not eligible to those who are dissatisfied with the flavour of a product. Please always ask a Budtender prior to purchasing the product you are considering what the flavouring, aroma's and terpenes are so you can ensure you're making the best possible choice to suit your taste buds!
